Michela Beavon Registered Legal Executive

I am from one of the original Italian families that arrived in the Turangi area to build the tunnels for the Tongariro Hydro Scheme. I grew up and attended school in Turangi.

Since leaving college I have been working in the legal profession, predominately in the field of Residential Conveyancing, Wills, Enduring Power of Attorney and Estates.

I obtained my Legal Executive qualifications in 2001 and received Fellow status from the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives in 2020.

I joined Cargill Stent Clarke in early 2023 to expand my legal knowledge. At the same time, I am studying extramurally through the University of Waikato to complete my Law degree and be admitted as a solicitor by mid-2026.

When I am not at work or studying, you will find my family and I enjoying the great outdoors that the Taupo region offers.  Being a bit of a sporting family, we enjoy the Taupo lake and rivers in summer, mountain biking, tramping and exploring the central North Island.
